Under data protection laws, you have several rights in relation to your personal data, and it is important that you are aware of them. You have the right to access the information we hold about you. In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, to request that we restrict how we use it, or to ask us to delete it. You may also request the correction of inaccurate information, ask us to transfer information you have provided to another organisation, and withdraw any consent you have previously given.
You also have the right to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data. Details on how to contact the ICO are available within our Privacy Policy.
Please note that these rights do not apply in all situations. For example, we may not be able to delete information that we are legally required to retain, or that is necessary to fulfil our obligations to you. Likewise, we may be unable to provide certain information if doing so would infringe the rights of another individual. We will always consider your request carefully and explain how we are able to respond, including where we are unable to fulfil your request and the reasons why.

How We Fulfil Your Request
To process your request, we will need to verify your identity. Please do not send original identification documents. If you are submitting
a request on behalf of a child or another individual, you must also provide evidence that you are authorised to act on their behalf.
Once we receive your request, along with any required supporting information, we aim to respond within one month. You can help us meet this deadline by providing as much detail as possible when submitting your request, although this is not mandatory. If your
request is particularly complex and requires more time, we will inform you and keep you updated.
